Is This A Write-Off?
Discussion
One of my little work runarounds got crashed into earlier. Bummer. Problem is it’s due to have a major service and new pads and discs early next week… I don’t want to pay to do these if it’s a goner.
The damage isn’t huge, but I suppose it’s three panels plus whatever blending etc. needs doing and repairing anything seems to cost a fortune nowadays. For reference it’s a 69-plate with about 60k miles. WBAC offers £7,600 for it. Thanks.

Would hope not at that value, but did have a similarly damaged / 4 year old Clio written off in 2019 for a value of £6k albeit the rear wheel had taken a hit too so looked slightly cambered - guess the beam bent that side.
Would wait on what’s said by the repairer before going ahead with any maintenance as mentioned.

CAT C write off is only 50% of damage so quite possible. Depends on insurer and you. Will cost way more than damage if it includes courtsey car etc. Work out what you want and what you could buy with cash.
Cat C hasn’t been a thing for 5+ years. Also what do you mean by 50% damage because I’m pretty sure that’s wrong. Good chance of a repair in the OP’s case but that assumes parts are available and at reasonably sensible prices. I don’t know anything in particular about Toyota but supply chain issues and subsequently parts prices are springing some surprises.
