What's the Nilfisk equivalent of a Karcher K2 full control?
Discussion
Hi
I've been using a K2 for a few years now. I've been more than happy with the power and flow, does the job I want it to ie wash the car.
It's now leaking and I can't be bothered to spend ages taking the thing apart especially as I might find the repair is uneconomical.
Thinking of moving over to Nilfisk but am not familiar with their range. What's the Nilfisk equivalent of a Karcher K2 full control?
Thanks for your help

I’ve had my Nilfisk for well over 10 years now & as a weekend warrior valeter/ detailer it must be on near 300 washes ( including my own) & the only thing thats stopped working is the auto stop/start but its no biggie.
Rather than equivalent just got with whats available for your budget

What I mean is I don't want to end up buying something which is underpowered compared to my K2. Therefore it would be helpful to know which Nilfisk is comparable to a K2 and I can use that as a baseline

You want something old that's been refurbed. Check eBay. You'll find no end of brand new models that are like-for-like spec wise, but the problem is that the component quality has been reduced to the strength and durability of cheese so it will last until 1 day after the guarantee expires and then all the switches will break and it will piss water out everywhere, forcing you to go and buy yet another new one and repeat the same process.

The K2 is the base Karcher. In pressure washer terms, it’s a weakling and not many pressure washers are weaker than the K2.
Whatever you buy from Nilfisk will be as effective or more than the puny K2. However, to answer your question, it’s the C105/110 model.
Appreciate that a lot mate because that's exactly what I needed to know.Whatever you buy from Nilfisk will be as effective or more than the puny K2. However, to answer your question, it’s the C105/110 model.
No point me paying more than I need to.
Kiiiind of in relation to the OP’s post; I’ve just got a Nilfisk 105.7 to replace an old Karcher something-or-other (bit more than a K2, but was quite old).
Anyway, as I’ve had no luck around the local shops, would anyone know the best way for me to connect the actual pressure washer to the hose pipe? It’s quite a cheap expandable hose pipe, as below:

Thanks, I did nab a spare Hozelock from my dad’s, but there was a bit of an issue with the female thread. Gassing Station | Bodywork & Detailing | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
