Is my car a write off?

Is that a genuine Mitsubishi Evo (7?), if so unlikely...if it's a replica there is a fair chance that it would be written off.
How fast was she going!?!
It's a genuine evo 7. She said her foot slipped off the clutch and she thought she hit the break but obviously it was the accelerator lol. I'm devasted mate. The back door is also binding on the back quarter How fast was she going!?!
That tree jumped out at some speed!
If you go through insurance I'd suggest getting a lot of examples of values for similar Evos because that looks like a fair amount of damage.
Aside from the obvious panels you need replacing it depends on what the chassis looks like underneath. Evo panels are pretty thin though so perhaps it looks worse on top than underneath.
Either way I'd say if it's a clean example which it looks to be it's worth saving. They're getting increasingly rare in decent shape.

I would imagine you would be able to get a pay out for repair, but as said above, I guess it depends if it has bent the chassis. Personally, I would say it is worth buying back if it is a write off and having it repaired privately.
As a side note, it looks like your arch was rotting anyway so may have needed doing soon. Off side may be going as well, but the near side tends to rot quicker due to more water and gutter crap on that side.
Only really one way to find out really and get the ball rolling...

I'm going to guess in the region of £5k to repair, so as long as the car's worth more than about £10k then it shouldn't be written off.
Was that a 'reverse into a tree' in the reverse gear sense, or the scandi-flick-gone-wrong sense?
You can double your ideas of price to repair that Im afraid, thats if you can get a quarter for itWas that a 'reverse into a tree' in the reverse gear sense, or the scandi-flick-gone-wrong sense?
