Keyed Audi A4 2018
Discussion
Hi all
some ahole keyed my car across 2 doors on passenger side, rear panel, boot lid and a little on driver side rear panel.
Looking for advice on whether a SMART repair would be feasible or if full re-spray is recommended.
How much might this cost to fix roughly in London?
Does this type of insurance claim typically impact premium?

It won't remove it but a polish will significantly reduce the look of that while you get some quote for people to look at it.
Smart repair might be able to do each panel, worth a quote from a couple of them to see how that goes against a back end respray.
As for insurance, you'll have to talk to the insurance company and see what their view is. Some won't take no claims or charge you more if you weren't at fault.

Thanks. I had a smart repair quote for £750, but then also a full respray quote for £800. I also a couple of other full respray quotes ranging from £1,400 to £2,300Smart repair might be able to do each panel, worth a quote from a couple of them to see how that goes against a back end respray.

A poorly done full respray could be worse in general than an average smart repair since the whole side of the car could be made bad.
