yep plenty on youtube , although some are way too over the top imo
bit of common sense goes a long way, hose or jet wash as much filth off as you can before contact , rinse the wash mit after every panel , consider a wash mit for top panels and a another for the lower ones , launder the drying cloths between use

Will get you all the information you need but be warned it can be addictive and costs £££££££ but well worth every penny.
Having a protection underneath in the first place is paramount.
My routine;
1. Hit tyre bay with APC and agitate with brush
2. Spray tyres with cleaner
3. Snowfoam car (Dry)
4. Snowfoam rims
5. Clean rims/tyres
6. Get into tight areas (window seals, front of car etc) with brush
7. Rinse foam
8. Wash
9. Rinse after wash
10. Dry with drying towel
