I spit on my finger first, or find a wet patch on the car!

Buy a pack of those glasses cleaning wipes from Lidl, cheap and do the job perfectly.

Finger, or thumb if I want to switch it up a bit!

'Finger' is the only answer required here.
With my last 2 cars I dont even need that because my cameras never need cleaning due to only being exposed when reverse is selected. smile

Another finger wiper here.

Was a wee bit jealous when a relative bought a Velar which has a washer for the rear camera.

A finger. I use either the index finger on my right hand or the thumb on my right hand depending on the specific location and angle of the rear view camera on the vehicle.

Someone else's finger. (I keep it in the glove box).

You should be adventurous and try using your left hand now and again. biggrin

And if you sit on it until it goes numb, it feels like someone else is doing it smile

It might help a little but generally Rain X reduces the tension on the glass allowing the water to clear when the vehicle is moving. The camera will be in a sheltered location so won’t get enough air past it to clear. Definitely worth a try though as it may take longer for it to get as mucky.

I do a lot of parking too. At least twice every journey.

Some camera systems are linked to the rear washer jet. Clean the screen and it gives the camera blast as well. Worth looking at a retrofit?

Tried that just now. It felt wrong.

Did it feel like someone else’s car?
