Wheel refurb in London
Discussion
Hi All,
I'm considering having the wheels on our MINI Cooper refurbished. Will need someone that can either provide a courtsey car, keep mine, or work on a swap for basis.
Questions:
- What's a reasonable cost for a good job? Nothing fancy, just back to factory finish in silver.
- What should I be looking out for when evaluating a provider and their process
- There is some metal (~5mm) missing along part of edges. I assume that addressing this is normal par for the course in refurbs?
- Reccomendations for London and West / North (willing to travel a bit)
As you can see, I'm a total newb when it comes to wheels, never had one done in over 20 years!
Thanks in advance.

London Diamond Alloys in Chelsea or First Aid Wheels in NW6.
Another recommendation for First Aid Wheels in Kilburn; used them a few times whilst I lived in London and they were great. They were always busy when I used them (a good sign) and their location is a little hard/tight to get into and out of, but otherwise great service.
