My car has a number of small stone chips that have been infilled, very well, with touch up paint.

If I have a ‘paint correction’ carried out, will these filled stone chips be blended back into the paint and become effectively ‘invisible’?

Probably need to wet sand those then blend in with what you are calling correction (compound polishing).

Probably will still be noticeable though.

Properly blocked and machine polished then yes they'll be almost invisible, assuming the colour is well matched.
The term paint correction can mean almost anything though
