under the car paint...?
Discussion
Hmm doesn't look like anyone is helping you there Shame, I wouldn't mind knowing what to look for as well
I remember reading in the kit-car forum about chassis preparation that there is a rubber based paint that should/can be used but I'm blowed if I can remember the name of it or find it now.

Sorry guys I didn't notice this one
Are you talking about under the body or under the carpet
Under the body it depends on what sort of finish you want, I'm guessing it's not a show car so black will do, use an underseal or "Schutz" You'll need a schutz gun to apply it nicely or just use a nice big brush
If you want to paint it aferwards us stonechip, again you'll need to apply this with a special gun as it's a load thicker than paint, bung it on over a red oxide or zinc primer anf thern top coat over that
Cheers

You can buy a thousands different forms of underseal at halfrauds. ick. remembering too much time spent under cars with a wire brush attachment on a drill cleaning off surface rust before undersealing....
Youll also need an industrial size vat of thinners to get the damn stuff off you after it drips on you
