Getting a Trailer tyre inflated from flat

Got a trailer tyre from an erde 102 type halfords trailer, it's totally flat and the tyre is flapping about on the rim

How do I get it inflated, there's no inner tube and I assume I need to get the air in quicky which I can't do with my foot pump


Would compressing it with a ratchet help

Would spraying something flammable inside do it? Saw some Norwegians doing that when I worked there

The tyre was ok before some oik let it down being silly

Any suggestions welcome as I'm a numpty

i had a look in my box of bits, got a tin of easy start

squirted it inside the tyre, wafted it a bit, little bit more

Used the girlfriend fancy candle lighter - WHUMP! worked a treat, quicky got my foot pump on and it was as good as new.

So easy infact - i took the tyre off and repainted the wheel. Worked perfectly the second time
