Leda Suspension in receivership!
Discussion
Yes but they're back in business under Graham Mulholland's leadership within the EPM Group.
I believe that EPM are intending to do all that they can to honour outstanding orders & to retain continuity of supply.
I think Leda will be a great fit for EPM which not only make high-end composite components for the motorsport & aviation industries but also recently acquired Harvey-Bailey Engineering.
I spoke to Graham & he sounded genuinely committed to returning the Leda brand back to its halcyon days of premium quality & performance.
Leda is alive & kicking and in very good hands!

We'll just have to wait & see if EPM can revitalise the company. Mulholland seems to have been a very successful entrepreneur & I sincerely hope that he can restore the firm. It's always disappointing to see a quality UK engineering company close - but it comes down to that whole matter of production & design processes, manufacturing costs, marketing effectiveness and distribution channels.
Leda needed to go through the process which Porsche put themselves through in the mid-'90s. They will need a new owner & new management to accomplish this & no doubt they will recruit engineering talent where required , but the only thing in life that doesn't change is the fact of change itself!

Dave now works at Gaz, as do two guys from the build up shop, so you won't be surprised to hear that the Gaz factory is full of Leda at the moment.
BTW Dave has just about finished re-designing the Gaz range, including his famous gas charged double adjustables.
Interesting news, you still based in WGC?BTW Dave has just about finished re-designing the Gaz range, including his famous gas charged double adjustables.
