Any other manufacturers with similar stud pattern to Renault

Hi. I'm looking for 2 space saver width 15" wheels to fit on my clio cup car whilst transporting it. I need a 15" wheel rather than a 14" due to caliper clearance issues.

Do any other manufacturers have similar stud patterns where say a VW space saver would fit?

vauxhall, vw, honda, e30 bmws all use 100mm PCDs.
