I am looking to use air suspension on my van, but a full adjustable system, front and back, as opposed to the helping air cushions you find everywhere... Would any of you know where I could find information and prices for kits I could fit/adapt?

Rear kist are done by people like Gliderite, TVAC, B-Style and VB Techneik (the last two being in Holland). I think that some of them might do 4-wheel air suspension for SOME vans but not sure which. They all have websites. There are also various American air suspension companies (more aimed at custom cars than vans) who do various kits.

Alex,

Avocet is clearly well-informed. If you are still interested in air-suspension, it may be that I can help.

My company is VB Airsuspension UK Ltd. I am the UK subsidiary of the Dutch company, VB Airsuspension BV (formerly called VB Techniek).

We produce full airsuspension systems (mainly just for rear-axle, but in some instances on both axles) for most light commercial vehicle (LCV) models.

As Europe's leading manurfacturer of air suspension systems for LCV's, we supply many vehicle manufacturers with systems for production-line fitment, but also supply the aftermarket with kits direct. All kits are TUV (and therefore VCA) approved and where applicable are covered by Letters of Non-objection from the vehicle manufacturers. As well as these VB-FullAir kits, we also produce VB-SemiAir and VB-SpecialParts (anti-roll bars, shock-absorbers, compressors).

For your info, TVAC used to be an importer of VB products, but are not anymore (as far as I am aware they no longer deal with suspension at all). Gliderite and B-style do produce a form of air suspension for certain models, but I can't vouch for the quality.

You sound like the person I need... thumbup The suspension set up on my Peugeot Boxer is using MacPherson struts front and back, and I was looking for a system that would be strong enough for a campervan (say up to 3 tonnes), and that would allow me to adjust the ride height/stiffness to allow for different conditions. This would be treated like a show vehicle as it would form part of the advertisement for my company.

Would you know of any product that would fit these criterii?
