Hi, has anyone had this problem before and if so do you know what the issue is. I think from reading online it sounds like a faulty wheel hub and sensor.

When i first start the car and drive, the breaks on the drivers side crunch and have a grinding sound for a few minutes, then the ABS & Brake Lights come on the dashboard and from then on it drives perfectly, no noise and the breaks work perfect.

I have a Nissan Juke Acenta Premium Dig-T

Year: 2014

Many Thanks in advance for your help

The crunching could be corrosion on the disc. Is it more like a grinding sound? The corroded area of the disc might be on the inboard side of the disc, hidden from view.

Broken abs ring on the hub?
Can lead to all sorts of strange brake issues.
