So I'm trying to decide between the Continentals and Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5s.

Has anyone here got either of these tyres? How do they perform?

I'm interested to know how long a set would last given they'll be going on a fairly heavy car. Both are around the same price on Camskill.

I went from Contisportcontact to Goodyear eagle f1 in a v6 estate and noticed fewer traction control lights.
I subsequently moved to Michelin pilot sport 5 and think they are the best overall.

Replaced a set of these with some Pirelli's last week on an Fpace SVR and don't really see much in it, my initial impression is the Pirellis are quieter but the Continentals were perfectly fine.

Sadly they only do the 5S in the size I need, and they're £120 more per tyre than the Continental/Goodyear otherwise I think I'd have gone with them. Always been impressed with Michelin before

The Pirelli are a similar price as well, but not heard great reviews about them. I suppose for daily driving most tyres are adequate

Got them on my 997, superb. Very similar feel to PS4S which I imagine was the intention, but they also seem marginally better in the wet.
