Had this tyre delivered - does it need to be sent back?

Had two tyres delivered today…

One is looking like this with a flat spot. When inflated will it fix itself or should I send back ?

that's unusual, normally the flat spot on a tyre is at the bottom...

Have you tried putting a little more air in it?..

They normally start off round though.

Tyres aren't designed to be bounced around without air in them so you can damage the steel belts if you do with enough force. I suspect it'll pop out when inflated and be fine but I'd probably be sending that back, depending on what I'd paid for it and what I was doing with it.
