BlackCircles
MyTyres (though they do typically come from Europe and take a bit longer to get here). Also search for a discount online.
However, I have often found that when fitting centres do deals ATS/JustTyres/ Costco do deals etc, they are often cheaper than the above with fitting included.
e.g I just Bought 2x MICHELIN 225 40 R18 92Y PILOT SPORT 5 from JustTyres for £211, balanced and fitted.
Black Circles delivered price, is £242.

Camskill are rarely beaten on price.
Also one of the few sources of info regarding tread depths of new tyres.
Tyreleader used to be good, not so good since Brexit, i've also used Mytres Oponeo and Tyremen in the past, worth checking them all when you have a short list of possibles.
E-Tyres proved the best price incl fitting for some new Goodyears for one of the family cars last year, check everywhere.
