Bushing Removal/Press Tool
Discussion
I bought a 12 ton press for about £100 to remove 16 bushes, this was 8 years ago. They are only 20 quid dearer now (delivered!),I wouldn't say it's been overused since then but it can come in handy.
For £80 you can get a bench 6 ton press which I am sure would do bushes - as many people remove them using a large bench vice.
Storage can be a problem but because of the shape, mine stands against a wall and isn't a problem. I always thought I would sell it on once I had used it but never bothered.

Looked into it a bit more... The kits on amazon tended to be for bushes 40mm+ and the one I needed to replace was 32mm so hot creative. Old bushes cut out in minutes with a sharp blade. New bush fitted with some M12 threaded bar, few nuts and some big washers. Throw a 34mm socket into the mix and new bushes pushed straight in. Cost, 11 quid.
