Are these brake pads still an Moy pass?

Yep so will these pads pass mot? Looks to me like there's stil about 5 mm on the pad, but the top of the caliper is so near the disc doest that make them seem worn? Won't the mot guy look there only amd that looks worn down? For me to see the pads themselves I had to take the wheel off.

He can see the outer pad through the wheel and the inner pad from the inside when it's up on the ramp. Some might check the outer pad from inside too using an inspection mirror. I'm sure each tester has their own routine. Some testers answer question on this thread;

Of course nobody on here can say whether they’ll pass the braking efficiency test on the rollers

The pads must have at least 1.5mm of friction material to pass the MOT. Those pads appear to have much more than that.
