has anyone got any experience with any non-domestic / "cheaper" carbon brakes? Im looking to build a properly quick Mercedes S124 Wagon, therefore the standard tiny brakes must be upgraded. Instead of spending thousands on a set of APs, endless or factory AMG discs, pads, and calipers. Why not spend it on CCB? then i don't need to worry about fade and for the same sort of cost it *seems* like a no-brainer. However, i cant find a single review of these companies brakes apart from Zero to 60 from down under posting about his Chinese brakes. however, they are steel not carbon.

Just curiosity really, wondering if anyone can point me in the direction to do/watch the right review or research

Thanks!

Cheap Chinese brakes.

Nowhere ever does that sound like something I'd want to pursue.

The man said it.

The words "cheap" & "brakes" should never be used in the same sentence.
