Should this brake disc get an MOT advisory?
Discussion
If the question really is 'will it' then the answer is no - but only based on what we can see.
If the actual question is 'I've just been given an advisory and i dont agree with it....' then its more likely/completely possible that the inside face of the disc is completely mullered. Very common.

When you say inside face do you mean where the vanes are on a vented disc (so like the disc having 2 outer faces and 2 inner ones)? If the actual question is 'I've just been given an advisory and i dont agree with it....' then its more likely/completely possible that the inside face of the disc is completely mullered. Very common.

As for scoring, how does it feel with a finger nail?
Don’t get hung up on an ‘advisory’ OP.

Thanks.
If the pads clamp both sides of the disc why does the inner face get more corroded?
More salt spray, less cleaning. If the pads clamp both sides of the disc why does the inner face get more corroded?
Any issues with the pad/caliper often not spotted if it's on the inner face so it quietly just gets worse until it either gets really bad or is picked up on the MOT.
Have a look yourself if it's bugging you.

there is something very strange about that disc. The position of the outermost hole is not consistent with the other holes. It almost looks as if someone has drilled the outer holes of a different size and by hand. Its making my teeth itch.
I would say they look messed about with
I suspect the outermost circles are not full holes and are more like a wear indicator. I have similar on the discs on my 911 (which I notice while clearing bloody brake dust out of the holes at track days...).I would say they look messed about with

It's just a dimple/blind hole on the outside. They are there on genuine discs. They look closer to the edge due to the lip on the disc. I would say they look messed about with
It's hard to tell from the photo, but I suspect the discs is quite worn.
