I don’t think that’s the date of manufacture, it’s usually a six digit number?
4 digit i thought (week/year e.g made today would have 1423 on them)OP, could be tracking, what pressure are they? Or do you just rely on TPMS readings?
Are the rears same age but fine?

It is a 4 digit number.
First 2 digits represents the week built. Second 2 digits represent the year.
Unless you're looking at classic cars at auctions where people never change them. First 2 digits represents the week built. Second 2 digits represent the year.
