Driver weight effect pre load?

So my track car is corner weighted with my weight in the drivers seat.

I'm wondering if I adjust the anti roll bar stiffness and then need take out the pre load il be by myself and will be taking the pre load out out of the car minus my weight. Does that mean that me getting back into the car will then add pre load?

In theory yes, but how much do you weigh relative to the rest of the car, how many millimeters of suspension deflection does that represent and are you really measuring the flatness of your workspace to such a fine degree of accuracy?
