My front coil spring recently broke whilst the car was parked on the drive. After it was repaired I now have a brake issue. Everything seem fine including no warning lights except under light braking, at below 5mph only it feels like the ABS is kicking in. Doesn’t do it at all above 5mph, nor under heavy braking. Any ideas?

Car is 2005 Passat B5.5

Verify reliable signal from each of the 4 wheel speed sensors.

Something could have been left loose, get it back to them rather than asking for a remote diagnosis.

I suspect that a lever/pry bar has been used and has bent the reluctor ring on the driveshaft. This sends te wrong signal to the ABS triggering it whenever you brake.
