i've fitted B6's with standard springs and B8's with lowing springs. My 2p's worth they are great on heavy cars, however seems to struggle on lighter vehicles. They seems to have an initial friction to overcome before they move, this seems to lead to a brittle ride on the lighter vehicle I used them on (Ford Focus Mk1). They are a lovely product, really well made though. I initially purchased Koni's and I sent them back due build quality. The bushes had been painted over, this was cracking and falling off..

I was looking seriously at B6s for a light hatch a while ago and all the reviews I could find said the same as the post above.

I didn’t get them as a result so obviously can’t comment first hand.

I’d be interested to hear from anyone who has them too.

I had B8s on BMW E46s with lowered springs. The fronts were very good. Amazing ride quality, much better than standard. Rears were applying. Each bump was like a punch in the kidneys. I sold the rears.
