If you replaced the pair (either front or back) it might the remaining ones that were not changed that are now causing the issue. I had a similar problem a couple of months ago where I changed the front pair but the back ones which I had decided to keep since they had 4mm tread on them were worn at a bit of an angle which kept throwing the alignment out. Eventually went back and changed the rear pair and problem disappeared.
