Has anyone got a spare thick steel plate that retaines the transverse rear suspension spring to the diff casing, not sure if they are all the same?
Not sure what my chassis came off but it has a 1600 straight six fitted so it could be a GT6 (has rotoflex rear suspension).....Martin

Thanks for the reply, there are 6 studs coming out of the top of the diff casing so i guess that`s a 6 hole plate.........Martin

1600 I6 is out of a Vitesse 6 - rotoflex rear suspension from a Vitesse 2 litre Mk2/GT6 Mk2/early Mk 3.

All the retaining plates are the same.

Swing spring cars use a box section held down with only four bolts, you can use one of these but you MUST then blank off the two centre holes in the top of the diff. All the oil leaks out of you don't.
