Need some new tyres
Discussion
I am in need of a new set of tyres for my GT6 Mk 1. While the current tyres have enough tread on them (about 3.5 - 4mm), they look very old and I would rather replace them than take a chance on them (The car has only done 2000 miles in the last 10 years with the previous owner). Now, I'm no tyre expert so will I have to get special classic car tyres or can I just get some modern ones?
I need them in 175/70/13 T/H (T seems to give me more options)
I have done a search on etyres.co.uk (link below) and they have quite a selection.

What would you choose, or should I be looking some place else?

I always chose tyres partly depending on how many miles I'll do in the car, the sort of driving I'm expecting to do, names I've heard to be good, and tread pattern that will look good with the car. Most tyres nowadays are very similar to others in terms of wear, grip etc and there aren't really any bad tyres any more.

I used www.blackcircles.com a few weeks back to get new tyres for my Spit. I had Yokohama A.Drives fitted which they do in the size you need. They have been very good so far and I would recommend them. They look nice and aren't that expensive either.
