Any dipping alternatives for rear view mirror?

1500 Spitfire's had a dipping rear view mirror held by two screws that replaced an earlier non-dipping, two-screw mirror - may be worth a look to see if they are the same.
I'm pretty sure they are the same fixing. Are the 2 screws on the TR into small plastic blocks which wedge the metal stalk of the mirror in place? if so they are the same.If you want further validation pop over to clubtriumph.org.uk.
Oh many thanks to you both for that.
The interior rear view mirror on my 4A comprises a mirror in one piece black plastic surround which articulates by means of a 'ball and socket'.
The 'ball' is on the one end of a one piece plastic stem with a mounting 'foot' at the other end.
The 'foot' has two screw holes in it.
The Spit IV and 1500 dipping mirror also has two screw fixing holes so it's looking like a possibility.
I'll check the distance between the centres of the screw holes on my car at the weekend... anyone know what the distance is between the centres of the screw holes on the Spit?

Finally remembered to take a measuring stick down to the car and looks to be 41mm on the Spitfire too.
Do you think Stag ones are the same too...? - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/justriumph-TRIUMPH-STAG-INTE...
