Herald 13/60 rear seatbelt fixing.
Discussion
It is VERY difficult to fit 3 point belts as there are no fixings at shoulder height with any strength. The solution is to build a box section frame with a bar at the top of the rear seat and tight behind it, if that makes sense. It is not easy, and even that may not really be adequate. With no reinforcing the belts will do nothing in an accident, it will all move.
The simple solution is lap belts, not perfect but at least fixed and will work. Thats what I used for many years with kids in the back.
