Why is the TSSC trying to poach Stag and TR owners?

All Trumfs are welcome in the Manchester Area TSSC....you don't even have to own a car to be a member...I still frequent the madness and love it to bits...not owned a Trumf for 3 or 4 years, but still tag along for the laughs.

Ony time I had anything to do with Jigsaw was at last years Le Mans Classic, TSSC Mcr went as a group, we did the pits and camping bit. Jigsaw were racing some kind of Spit/GT6. I said hello, hows the racing going to a couple of people in the Jigsaw pit (some stuck up biatch who was trying to give the shots to an old duffer) we were completely blanked.

what an ignorant bunch of tossers, their loss, as a few of our members were contemplating having work done by them too.

It was a Le Mans Spitfire replica (end of my knowledge on that)

Mark Field of Jigsaw is not that old (well he is but he's probably younger than me 46) you would know him if you saw him, he is tall and a big man with shortish grey hair, his wife Jo, also with Jigsaw, is also a larger build, looks younger, dark hair, both were TSSC Members of the Year 2007

They were under a lot of pressure at the event as they couldn't get the car going

Their loss is your members' gain

car trouble or not good manners costs nothing, esp when half of our bunch were wearing TSSC T shirts and caps.

I totally agree but because I'm in dispute with Mark and Jo at Jigsaw I must be seen to give even more benifit of doubt than the JCB bucket loads I've already given

Are you sure you have correctly identified them as Mark normal puts up a cheery front but Jo doesn't bother

I have no idea who they were, they were in the pit with the car. To be fair one bloke had his head under the car and another bloke was sat in a chair and was kind of apologetic with a sorry look on his chops. But the woman was aware of her actions towards our group, and just strolled off.

Many teams had 'problems' at the event, but everyone else was great and enthusiastic even in the face of adversity. Even Nick Mason (Pink Floyd) chatted away like an old washer woman for ages whilst spannering his fezza....top bloke.

Well im gonna buck the trend, i have had nothing but good experiences with jigsaw, but then again i dont take anyones advice from a shop, i hunt around and find the best advice. I wouldnt trust anyone to build me an engine for racing i would do it myself.
Jigsaw are one of the very few suppliers who are actually keeping the triumph scene alive by investing in new product design and invention, if someone has a serious gripe with them be the big person and sort it out over the phone or face to face rather than trying to discredit them on every internet forum possible just cause you have had a bad experience.
I have spent over a grand at jigsaw and had excellent service, end of the day the triumph motorsport scene needs innovaters like mark fields.
If you listen to someones crap advice you only have yourself to blame.
