To give an opinion would invite accusation of bias.
Suggest you look at the message board sites of each, I think you can read them without being a member, and decide for yourself.
Depends also on what you want from a club. The TSSC operates a Club Shop, CT runs the famous 10CR and RBRR events, both have print magazines (So 20th Century!) and local area groups, which can be invaluable to the new owner. Details on both sites, go along to local meets of both and see which you like.
You might also look at Sideways Technologies. It's not a club, there's no mag and no events and it's not exclusively just mainly Triumph, but anyone can join in for free, and it includes some of the best Triumph advice and advisers around.
