Can someone confirm what original brake servo diameter is, or has anyone fitted a new remanufactured one and noticed diameter is smaller.

You're probably best off asking over on the TR Register forums. Brake servos aren't the sort of thing that gets changed very often. I still think of mine as new but it's been on the car best part of twelve years.

Yes, my replacement was smaller in diameter and depth.

I sent it back and got my existing one reconditioned
