What size and make of tyres do you all use on your 2000s? Mine has 185/70R13 and has Falkens on the rear and Fuldas on the front - and drives like a bag of st! The previous owner says it drove OK before he changed the tyres, but I can't find any decent 'branded' tyres in this size. is it likely to be the tyres or something else? What other suitable sizes are available?

Check out one of the online tyre suppliers like My Tyres or Black Circles.
I've used My Tyres twice now and it's all gone smoothly. They list 55 different 185/70 R13 tyres from Michelin, Continental, Yokohama, Toyo, Vredestein, Hankook, Uniroyal and Firestone - as well as a host of I've-never-heard-of-them-before brands.
I've got Vredestein's on my 2000 (but in 185/70 R14 form as I'm on 'S' alloys).
