Back on the road at last...
Discussion
Well after an oil pump failure meant an expired engine back in June/July time, it's finally back on the road again. Hooray!!!
Got a couple of noises to track down and waiting on a 3.45:1 diff from S&S. But it's running well.
Should really have taken one with the bonnet on:
Very impressed with the power and reviness of the engine, it'll wheelspin in 3rd under the right conditions!!
Lots of fun to drive. :drive:
Sounds better than ever too.

Congratulations, it is nice to get them back after having them off the road for a while, isn't it. I had the 7 off the road for over 9 months getting a paint job, air conditioning fitted, & a new engine. I'd almost forgotten what a great car it is.
Wheel spin is a bit of a problem with the 8. We have increased the torque at low reeves in the 4.6L so much, it is hard to take off without a bit, & that is a real no no in Oz.
