According to TFL's website in order to be exempt from their £12.50 per day charge your car has to meet the ULEZ standard which, for TVR's, is

Euro 4 (NOx) for petrol cars, vans, minibuses and other specialist vehicles

Euro 4 became mandatory for all new cars in 2005 and light vans in 2006

I put my registration number into their vehicle checker and it came back that according to their records it was in breach of this standard and I'd have to pay. If I want to dispute this I have to send in my V5c and wait. My car is a late 2003 T-Car.

As the Euro standards had been about since 1992 surely TVR were complying with them by the 2000's? TFL say you can send in a letter from the manufacturer stating that your car meets their standard but obviously thats a non-starter with a TVR.

Anybody else enquired about this?
