My TVR has a hubris detector...

I've never seen it documented anywhere, and The Bible doesn't mention it, but my Chimaera definitely seems to be fitted with a hubris detector.

As far as I can tell, the system rapidly detects when the driver has become overconfident in his abilities, and sends a signal to the ECU to make the car do something slightly scary in order to remind the driver that he's not the driving god that he thinks he is. It seems to be in full working order on my car and has activated several times in the last couple of days.

Do all TVRs have this system fitted as standard?

In short Yes I have seen this system come in to action from time to time.
