To lower the ride height, do I wind the blue cogs up the way on the thread or down the way??

And will this affect the stiffness in the ride??

I'm away from home and can't check, but I have an annoying collegue here that is arguing with me!!

To lower ride height you have to wind the lower spring platform down the thread on the shock.

That will unload the spring as well.
