Carcoon anyone used one?

I was thinking of buying one of the outdoor carcoons for my TVR, has anyone else used one and what are there thoughts any info would be appreciated before i bought one.

a guy i know had one for over wintering but was also garaged a faff but bloody good if your not using the car every day

Bought one yesterday as I've heard very good things about them, and after having all of the recent work done then I want to keep it in good order

I'd say a lot of it depends where you lived also. I don't think it'd work where I live as it'd probably one day attract the attention of a drunkard walking past who wouldn't be able to resist the idea of messing with it.

If I had a garage though I would love a carcoon or if I lived in a quieter area with a huge driveway Although the grey outdoor one will make it look like your covering a pile of contruction material lol

I have used a Carcoon in the past, an indoor one.

Every year I used to get rusty brake disks leaving a kitcar in the previous garage (pre fab) and I didn't want that for the Griff.

The Carcoon did exactly what it was supposed to.

(I should sell it now given its not needed in the new brick garage )

I have two cars in long term storage in my garage using two Airflow airchambers, I believe they are a bit cheaper that the Carcoons and are like a big drive in drive out tent rather than inflated. They are not dehumidified and rely on two small fans to creat a continuous airflow.

I can only say that they are brilliant! The car comes out months later as perfect as it went in, no condensation or corrosion issues at all and no dust either.

I think there's an outdoor option too.

I would highly recommend them.
