Rullion ROAR 2010

Penicuik residents were woken by the rumble of car engines as owners of TVR's(and friends) met in Penicuik today, Sunday 17th October, to take part in the "2010 Rullion ROAR". The group included TVR 390SEs, TVR 350s, TVR Chimaeras - and a couple of Porsche Boxsters joined the convoy too. We met in Rullion Road and set off on a scenic run through the Borders - via West Linton, Peebles, Innerleithen, Middleton, Temple, and back to Penicuik - finishing at the Navaar Hotel for lunch. The Borders countryside was looking spectacular in its autumn colours, and the convoy of cars certainly turned a few heads. Members travelled from Lanarkshire and East Lothian to take part in the event, which it is hoped will become an annual event.
