Wanted: 45mm plenum/manifold or similar

Hi guys,
I have a modified 4.5l BV which still has the 38mm(?) 4.0l plenum/manifold - and I believe that this intake set-up is restricting the flow higher up the rev range...
Hence I am looking to upgrade from the 38mm setup to something larger - I am guessing the most likely thing I can get my hands on would be a 45mm plenum/manifold from a 5.0l.
So does anyone have a 45mm plenum/manifold that they would sell - I am open to more esoteric sizes if people have something, but need both manifold and plenum ideally, and has to be bigger than my current 38mm set-up...
Let me know if you have anything that you would be prepared to sell...
