Unhitch claws from the arm of the sofa, open back door, drop and kick... or you could get some decat pipes from Power or many of the other people out there who supply after market TVR addenda, and swap them in. They will also advise on any other necessary mod's to the set-up specific to your car.
Keep the cats though as you will probably need to put them back in for MOT.

But the same guys are probably the ones ask.
If it was me I would probably end up sacrificing the clamps (death by hacksaw if needs be) and klonk repeatedly them from the sides with copper hammer if you can get at them on the Cerbera (if it's that car you'replanning to decat) as long as this does not damage the brick. Blow torching might help but they get pretty hot everytime you run the car anyway.

I had my manifolds (Griff) cut & welded back together when they did the removal of the pre cats, however people have removed the cat material them selves by attacking it with screw drivers / chisels from the inside of the manifold(once removed from the car). I have heard that using this method can be a awkward / messy / dusty business.

On the Cerbera, decatting makes a lot of sense as you no longer have a huge heat source heating the cabin/gearbox/clutch.
However, be aware that it adds 8-10db of noise with straight through decat pipes, but it does make it flame easier. ACT do sell some cat replacement pipes that silence as well. Don't forget there are two lengths of cats depending on your Cerbera, so make sure you get the right length.

Thanks for that info, we have found out that a Tuscan speed six cat is different to a Cerbera speed six cat, you would think they were both the same size but they're not. We have now decided which route we are taking but it has been good for learning what is what with cats and de-cating on a Cerbera speed six.
