New TVR...?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't there supposed to be a 'new TVR' on show at Goodwood at the weekend...? I didn't go but I'm assuming this was more bull crap?

Oh right, wrong date then! I went past Goodwood at the weekend and there were a lot of performance cars in the area so I assumed it was on?! I'll wait a couple of weeks then

All they've got to do is buy an old one, stick a private plate on, tell everyone it has a 700 bhp V8 in it, change something in the interior etc and job done.

Spoke to a dealer/service owner at a recent Tvr meet, he confirmed that a 'NEW TVR' would be at GFS this coming weekend. No details on model / engine. Did NS keep the mold for the 440r / typoon model, he thought it possible it MAY be this. However as a British sports car fan, if its NOT made in this country its not a TVR.

The new car is a rework of the Tuscan. Fatter and more complex styling. I saw the styling buck for this at Bristol Ave when "TVR" were moving out. I'm pretty sure there were some images of it on here at the time. I hope they haven't changed it too much and they do get to Goodwood on time so I can have a good chuckle.

My brothers going on Friday so he's sending me some pics, I'm off to the USA tomorrow so i'll try and post some up unless someone beats me to it?
