Oil???

I spotted some 10mm round drops of what appears to be oil under my Chim. It was laying under the drivers side of the engine bay. I'm fanatical about leaks and am 99% sure that I fixed them all. Had a look this morning and can see nothing on the engine, nothing around the steering etc. Everything seems dry! I can't think of anything on that side of the engine that would leak.
I have been "enjoying" the car for the last few days in this hot weather. Could I have got the engine hot enough to melt the waxoyl that I generously applied around April time?

Could be your sump bolts i have 3 that weep i need to remove them and use some ptfe tape on them.

When i did my service this year i noticed a few were slack and i had the sump of the replace the gasket the year before maybie worth nipping them up.

Ditto, I changed the sump gasket 6 months previous and they all needed tightening!
