TVR current ownership

I'm looking for some information about what is going on with TVR under the ownership of Smolenski at the moment.
What exactly does he own?
Any info about it would be great

I thought the 'General TVR Stuff & Gossip' was for general conversation about TVR's and because everyone on here holds an interest i assumed this would be the best place to find the answer.
I do have an interest and I have followed this forum for years, hence why im asking on here.
I dont own one yet though...sadly.
If anyone could help then please post, nothing wrong with wanting to find out whats going on with the company these days
