More paint help required!

I've looked through both the paint Code lists and can only find a single code for my car i.e. no ICI equivalent or anything else, so was looking for some help

It's Prestige Grey and the only code I can find is R3160.

Does anyone know if it came off another car i.e. BMW and are there multiple shades of it?

Any help/advice appreciated so I can go armed with it to the paint man.

Looks like I have to bite the bullet and order from S&D and just hope that the colour matches!
