Can anyone please help me. I have got the wheels but I didn't check and I haven't got the locking stud that locks the centre cap covering the wheel nuts. I have contacted Motorsport Wheels (the company you are directed to via the OZ Racing web site) and they can't help. Ideally I want a security type but any help would be much appreciated.

On my Griff 500, the OZ wheels have a plastic cover over the wheel bolts. The cover is held in place with a special security screw that goes rusty!

Leven do supply replacement screws which are stainless steel and have a simple allen head.

Hope this helps...good luck!

Toffer,
I've got these on the Estortils.
I need the spec as per Griffers post. I don't have a pattern so can only assume this is correct.

Overall length: 30mm.
Head Diameter: 13mm (round).
Head depth: 9mm, 5mm vertical (nearest the top) and 4mm 45 degree taper.
Shaft length: 21mm with minimum 16mm threaded.
Thread: M6 1.0 pitch.

Ideal;ly with a security type fixing as opposed to standard screwdreiver jobbie.
I've also been posting in the Griff forum with no real joy other than getting them fabricated by an engineering firm.
Does anyone have a spare I could borrow or a full set would be ideal.
Any other options as I am at the end of my tether.
I did look at the Griff at Chris Neils but it had a host of options but none of them the right ones - just looked like they had used anything with the same thread pattern.

Don't forget, if you can get a sample, I'm sure I can get my dad to knock up a set.

Maggit,
Fat chance of that.
I think I'm bol***ed. I have what I think is the spec but don't want to throw good money after bad.
If he saw the wheel and cover would this help.
How much would I get for melting them?
Ultimately desperated.

Yes I'm sure it would. Take one (complete) to the next meeting, let me know which bit you want making, and leave it with me.

No worries, I've been trying to help for a while, now.
