a total or partial respray on my OceanHaze Chimaera 500? I am looking for somewhere close to the Fareham (Portsmouth/Southampton) area.

Very soon (like the March edition of Sprint) my Chim 500 will be up for sale and I would like to have her looking her best before I sell her.

I know of Tom Horsburgh in Surrey but am still waiting for a reply to my email (only been 6 days so far...)

However, if anyone wants a Chim 500 and is willing to haggle on the price without the respray - check out March's sprint.

Thanks.

Hi Phil

Tom has trouble with his E Mail....(he never reads them....) Well he didn't mine...

Probably because he is very busy...Your best bet is to give him a call.

Tom Horsburgh is a craftsman, don't even consider anyone else!

Speaking from experience by the way. He did a fantastic full respray on my griff last summer

Tom did all the work on my S3 and his craftmanship is outstanding.

He's a very busy man and it may take a while for him to fit you in, but it's well worth the wait.

So I guess Tom is going to be my closest bet. Has anyone got any experience of Fernies? or Dream Cars? for work such as this?

Phil..

Did you ring Tom yesterday...?

I mentioned to him last night(6ish) that you were trying to get hold of him and that you had sent a mail....

Dave,

Thanks for giving Tom the 'heads-up'. I didn't get chance - too busy house sitting for a friend. I shall be back in the UK this weekend so I'll try to give him a ring sometime today.

I've also thought about the TVR Bodyshop in Bristol, offering prospective buyers the chance to have the lights upgraded so that might be another option.

Cheers!

Phil
