Has anybody had experience with this company? I have ordered a combined Meta/Alarm key from them. While they were very quick in charging my credit card, I haven't heard from them in over a month now. I've tried to call them numerous times, left messages, but all you get to hear is their answering machine...

I have used them in the past, and they were the same. Keep on trying. It might help to get a more direct telephone number that your local dealer might have.

Altenatively order one from TMS, they got mine the next day and it was considerably cheaper the TVRPP!!

You could always try getting the credit card company involved. I think you get certain guarantees when you purchase with most cards.

You might even be able to get a refund and go for the cheaper one from TMS...

yes, terrible experience with them. I ordered a chim car cover (I opted for the tvr motif) and I didn't receive it until 2 months after they charged my card for payment.

When I finally received the car cover i was appalled at the quality (esp for the price) - a lump of cagole/anorak material for 300 sniffs and it wasn't even cotton lined (benefit of the doubt, it didn't say in the description).

Anyway I rang them and sent it back, they said they would refund me the money once they have received the cover. However, and this is the real piss in the pint, three weeks later I still didn't have the refund?? So I rang them up and after the 38th call I finally spoke to the one and only operator. I explained my situation and he said that the refund had went through, hmm, can we check the number there! sorry i can't find it..well check...the number we have for your card is ***7 (last four digits) I said no it's ****8, he said that he was sorry, that he would refund the money to my card and then go after the person they had original refunded - to get the money back...but the original number wouldn't have processed because..."if you sum the 16 digit number on your card it is divisble by 10", this is a security feature that is implemented credit card companys...so he was talking shite. clamped.

got a cover from classic additions in 2 days.

I emailed them 3 weeks ago about an enquiry I had and I am still waiting for a response!!

I have emailed them twice in the last three weeks asking about an item, I put a read receipt on the emails so I know they have read them.

Even if they do now answer my emails I would not do business with them especially after reading all the others who have had similar problems.

I think sufficient personal experience has been shared here. Tricky subject in terms of naming and shaming and PH being consistent in what's allowed in this respect and what isn't.
