Took the difficult decision to sell my beloved Chimaera after much deliberation.
As most of you will know,i have spent a lot of time and money on the beast to get it into the condition that its in today.
Along the way, ive been helped by some extremely nice friendly people, most of whom i have met on the Forum, and its because of this that at the end of the year i will return to TVR ownership, this time with a Griff (fingers crossed).

I would also like to thank Jon at Ewelme Coachworks the team at TopCats Racing and of course David Batty for their fine craftsmanship and sound advice.

I didnt even have to advertise it as word got around through word of mouth and im pleased to say that its gone to another PH'r, Marcos Maniac....although he will now have to change his name if he wants to get the best out of the beast.

Thanks again and even though i wont have a TVR after the weekend i will still be lurking in and around the Forum.

Sorry to hear that Tony. I'm sure you'll still be welcome to bring the company car to the Ace Cafe meets though .

Sorry to hear about that Tony. But also glad to hear that you will hopefully have a Griff at the end of the year. I get the feeling that I will know how you are feeling soon as I will probably have to sell the Tasmin at some point to pay for my wedding! Unfortunately after that I may never be able to afford to get back into TVR ownership again

Tony, sorry to hear you're selling up, I'm doing the same as I'm off to the States for three years (shameless plug for people to look in the Classifieds ) - will take slightly longer than you to get back to TVRs! Other half has already decided on a 350T for when we get back down to the colour scheme, would like to take the tax-free option before I come back but TVR not very keen for some reason

Maybe just for now

I saw that Chim when it was a bit younger and in need of some TLC. Tony's made it into a real cracker. What a great Purchase MM!

Sorry to hear this Tony. Especially after all the care and attention (and re-sprays etc) you have lavished on the car.

Oh well, hope you get the Griff you want when you start looking again.
